5. We screen all drop ship applicants for wholesale status. You must have a website or one in development. California residents must have a CA BOE Resale Number. Retail Stores, Breeders, Dog or Cat Kennels, Shelters, Veterinarians, Trainers, House Sitters or other animal related businesses are eligible for wholesale status.
6. California Resident/Business ONLY you need to send us your California Board of Equalization Resale Number. NOTICE: The California Tax Rate for drop ship orders is now 7.25%. California drop shippers without a resale number will be charged a tax rate of 8.75%.

We are monitoring for predatory pricing.

Some discounting will be allowed, but prices less than 15% above wholesale will result in disabling of your wholesale status. More and more Manufacturers are requiring us to enforce minimum retail pricing based on recent Supreme Court rulings. If you are disabled, you may be reinstated if you comply with pricing policies.
